NBA Hopeful Brian Kortovich Chats Hoops with Dave & Audley

The Breakdown with Dave & Audley are pleased to welcome Brian Kortovich (BK) to the program. BK has an NBA-proven game and a ridiculous jump shot that’s second to none. Known as Smokin’ Aces after a breakout performance in Harlem’s Rucker Park, he’s got the grit, determination and unshakeable charisma to take the hard court by storm.

At 6’1”, Cleveland, Ohio-born Brian Kortovich has never been a likely candidate for professional basketball. But, he’s never let that stop him. Brian has surmounted the impossible. Not one, but two career-ending knee injuries during his collegiate prime.

To simply put it, Brian's goal is to make it to the NBA and being close on more then one occasion has just made him hungrier and continue to persevere until his dream is finally realized.

While it was great to have BK on the show to share personal experiences from his journey, the highlight had to be the personal invite he extended to Dave and I to join on "Run The Sand Thursdays"
