5.  ASK WHY
6. EXAMINE THIS IN WRITING AND ARGUE THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF YOUR NORMAL THOUGHTS.
7. WRITE DOWN ANOTHER POSSIBLE TRUTH THAT YOU CAN TRY IN THE PRESENT.
8. CONDUCT REAL LIFE TESTING TO SEE IF YOU CAN FIND A MORE PRODUCTIVE TRUTH.
