Tournament Competitor, Fighter, Writer, Editor, Star Actress, Stunt Woman, Author, Master Teacher, Motivational Speaker for the Native Americans, yes this lady martial artist has done about everything with appearances around the country, Book signings and soon in production,  she will have her on Radio BLOG with AMAA Radio.

It started in 1994 when she made Black Belt under C.S Kim in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, her forte was fighting and she proved that at the Madi Gras Championship by winning first place. Her style Tang Soo Do, maybe it is because she is part native american and also from a Shogun heritage and the combination makes her very, very special .

She now is known as a writer and a pretty darn good one at that .she writes for two magazines Tae Kwon Do Times and Century's publication  MA Success.
Her love of the pen and paper started at fifteen years old and she became a professional at nineteen years old and throw in also she was a television meteorologist weather person in Roanoke Virginia,l read roles in movies with Cynthia Rothrock  just makes her a one of kind deal .
