Photobucket er since this Virginia farm boy stepped onto the streets of Los Angeles in 2002, Jason Manns has been making strides on his path into the entertainment business. After graduating with a BBA in Business Marketing and a BA in English from the College of William and Mary, he moved out west with his brother Matt and immediately immersed himself in every side of the Hollywood Dream. From writing to acting to producing, and with the desire to direct one day - there isn’t a job in the industry that he hasn’t strived to get his hands on! As an actor, he has had leading roles in indie films like “Cake,” and character roles in films like “Rock Slyde.” As a producer, Jason has worked on multiple short films, as well as the current festival circulating film “Rock Slyde” (a feature length comedy with Patrick Warburton, and Andy Dick). He is currently working on a cross-genre horror film. As a writer, he was recently hired to re-write the feature film script entitled “The Face is Familiar,” and just finished a horror entitled, “The House.” And let’s not forget about the music! In 2006, Jason recorded his self-titled debut album at his brother’s recording studio, O.R. [Omen Room Studios]. In the first week of release, this album was on the top sellers list on CDBaby.com, and has returned multiple times. When not working on the new horror film, Jason is still finding time to work on his second studio album, touring North America and the UK for sold out shows, and hitting the festival circuit with “Rock Slyde”.
