Michael Imhotep host of The African History Network Show on Saturday, July 8th, 2017 discussed Colin Kaerpernick's trip to Ghana to reconnect to his African Roots.  He asked African Americans "How can we truly celebrate Independence on a day that robbed our Ancestors of theirs?" in reference to the 4th of July.  We discussed Frederick Douglass, The War on Drugs, Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders, The National Anthem and our Online Class.
