Ahhh, our latest offering is a little lispy but I've been told I'm a tad too fussy :) That would mean, that if I am releasing our next show, that I have grown! It's a wonderful thing to be able to realize that things you have held onto for the majority of your life (perfectionism in my case) can indeed be embraced and allowed their freedom to an extent that does not mean crippling your endeavors or your progress. Growth, it is an empowering thing to recognize, no matter how small or how slight.
Our latest segment has three great ways that you may already be empowering your life. Perhaps our segment will provide you with the recognition of your own level of accomplishments and give you the opportunity to feel empowered and confident in your progress.

Hello everyone. Pat and I are pleased to offer another segment finally, after much exploration to improve sound quality. An unexplainable "technical" gliche during airing seems to have created a bit of blip in the intro music in this new episode. Although we haven't yet determined the cause for it, we thought we'd work to find out why it happened before our next segment rather than hold this one up any longer. So, we apologize in advance for what sounds like a false start to the show but trust you'll find the segment enjoyable.
