The Show

On the heels of last week's wild radio debut, which involved an interview with Mike Whitehead and a pier six on-air brawl involving myself and a member of the Westboro Baptist Church that you would have to heard to believe, "The Show" goes prime-time with a new time slot and day; Friday from 8-10 PM Eastern Time. This week, the festivities feature interviews with three great guests; as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu ace, UFC/ Ultimate Fighter 8 finalist and UG favorite Vinny Magalhaes, UFC featherweight contender George Roop and UFC original Paul "The Polar Bear" Varelans join Heath Herring and I as guest interviews on "The Show" (until we come up with a better name, we're sticking with this one). Roop will be checking in with us just 24 hours shy of his fight against former Team Tompkins teammate and training Mark Hominick at UFC Fight Night 23. With stakes high for Hominick in this fight, we will speak with the man who will aim to make his own mark in the UFC's newest division, and spoil his former teammate's title aspirations. As for Varelans, the UFC original will be joining us to talk about what he's been up to since his MMA/NHB career ended, give us tales from how MMA USED to be and discuss and predict the NFL's conference championship games. Meanwhile Singer will join us to discuss the latest from the famous "Hardcore Gym."
