Wrestling Documentary: The Good, the Bad, and the Gimmicks

I'm going to go off the path with the column this week due to not only gradual remodeling has been going on and the carpeting is being laid down, so I'm kicked out of my place for a bit, but also I had wanted to promote a new wrestling documentary coming up titled The Good, the Bad, and the Gimmicks.

According to the film's official MySpace,The Good, The Bad and The Gimmicks is described as The Good, the Bad and the Gimmicks is the working title name for an upcoming wrestling documentary directed by London based film maker Vikram Rekhi. Production for the film started in February 2008 and is looking to finish filming late 2009.

The documentary focuses on the wrestlers who reached superstardom in the late 80's-early 90's. They give you an insight of what it was like to be in the spotlight at that time and how wrestling has changed over the years. If you enjoy great wrestling stories especially from the "Golden Era" then this is one to watch."

Several well-known names have signed on for interviews and footage from some eras are also going to be shown.

A promotional clip has been released:

This is one film that should also be a must-see.
