Nake Nula Waun

This film is about Frank Waln and his group Nake Nula Waun and the positive message they are bring to the youth of the Rosebud Reservation.

Frank’s story about growing up and his struggles could be about any number of kids. Where it differs is how he used music to help himself and now others.

Filmed last year on the reservation it features interviews with Frank, Dre, and Kodi of Nake Nula Waun. Also interviewed are Tribal officials and the elders that Frank has looked to for guidance.

The film also has the music and concert footage of Nake Nula Waun.

The highlight of the film is artwork from the youth of the reservation. 338 kids drew and colored pictures that help tell the story of,

“Frank Waln, Common Man, Nake Nula Waun”
