The End of Days

In today's broadcast Bishop Peter Elder Hickman will be discussing the Christian hope of a coming new age with return of Jesus Christ at the end of this present age. The writers of the New Testament state that we are in the last days and so we have been for the last 2000 years. What does the Church teach about the end of the world as we know it? What is the afterlife? What do we mean when we speak of heaven, hell, and purgatory? What is the nature of human destiny? What are the signs of the end? These are just some of the questions that fall in the area of Christian theological inquiry that we call Eschatology of which we will be examining in today's broadcast.
