Our guest this episode is Elaine Devary Willman, MPA, author of "Going To Pieces…the dismantling the United States of America", first published in 2005 and experiencing frequent reprints for its applicability today. Going to Pieces reports first-person experiences of tribal members and citizens residing, on or near seventeen Indian reservations, from Washington State to New York State, resulting from an extensive road trip across the country.

Elaine has extensive knowledge about federal Indian policy, land use status within Indian reservations, dual-jurisdiction and Constitutional conflicts that impact the rights and lives of tribal members, as well as other American citizens. We'll discuss her recent MT tour, where she attended and commented at hearings and "negotiation" meetings regarding the controversial Confederated Salish & Kootenai Tribes (CSKT) Water Rights Compact. And wait till we discuss her Nov 10 letter to Gov Bullock, AG Tim Fox and Chris Tweeten.

Thursday nite you can call in with your questions or concerns. And you better be concerned...someone once said "When you control the food...you control the people. " What happens when you also control the water?
