"THE DUTY OF THE "COMMON LAW GRAND JURY” is to right any wrong. If anyone’s unalienable rights have been violated, or removed, without a legal sentence of their peers the Grand Jury can restore them. And if a dispute shall arise concerning this matter it shall be settled according to the judgment of the Grand Jurors, the sureties of the peace."

According to Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, the
American grand jury is neither part of the judicial, executive nor legislative branches of government, but instead belongs to the people. It is in effect a fourth branch of government "governed" and administered to directly by and on behalf of the American people, and its authority emanates from the Bill of Rights and has the power to enforce law and remove people from office." These two excerpts come from National Liberty Alliance.org Web site.

Tonite our guest is John Darash, organizer of that organization who's mission is to get at least 6 people in each of the 3141 US counties to
organize, reinstate and initiate the Common Law Grand Jury. Impossible you say? Not when you learn how this movement is successfully storming across America.

Do some homework and check out the NLA web site. Is this the solution to America's out of control government? Have your questions, comments and pencils handy. Or be free to just listen and learn.
