The Vibrant Coach, Nicole Greer, PPCC is thrilled to have Dr. John Bartemus as her guest. Dr. Bartemus is one of less than 100 doctors in the world with the Certified Chiropractic Wellness Practitioner (CCWP) degree from the International Chiropractic Association. This wellness certification program offers an extensive post-graduate curriculum of pertinent wellness research, patient care approaches and methods to maximize the clinical effectiveness of chiropractic care in a new wellness paradigm. Dr. Bartemus is a graduate of the University of Maine where he focused on becoming the best football player possible for the Black Bears. In order to achieve this goal, he realized that he had to do whatever it took to naturally be in the best physical condition possible. This is where he developed his love and interest for exercise, nutrition, and maintaining a positive mental attitude. This love eventually became an obsession and although he was in the Pre-Med Biology program, he chose to be a doctor of cause (Chiropractor) instead of a doctor of effects (Medical Doctor). Chiropractic and its holistic paradigm rang 100% true with Dr. Bartemus. John understands that Americans are experiencing a health crisis. He speaks directly, passionately and openly about critical health issues involving lifestyle choices and maintaining optimal capacity to respond to environmental and emotional stressors. John was married to Kate on the lovely Lake Norman which is my backyard in North Carolina. They run, do tri-athalons, hike, read, and are madly in love with each other and their baby girl. Take away must dos, have tos, and frank talk about why you need to adjust your mind, body and soul to lead a Vibrant Life!
