  • On Demand Episodes

    Original Air Date:

The Urban View...It's Time to Shift!!!!

Weigh in your perspective on the first general debate between Obama and McCain!!! We will give our perspectives on the debate, homelessness and the great probability of more families relocating to the streets, order, and the stress of singleness in this traumatic society. America once controlled 30% of the global economy; where are we now? Isn't time for a change of regime? Why is it so hard for America to have faith in the "chocolate chips" of this nation? Could it be the guilt that lingers from past practices? Is there anxiety, on our counterpart's behalf, knowingly the mistreatment faced by people of non-European decent in these United States? What do you think???? Now is not the time for emotionalism...Now is the time for making a dollar out of 15 cents, trust and unity. We are all Americans.

Special guest: Kimbali Brandon Allen, author, will join the show to talk about her book "A King...That Sounds Good to Me!" which is a great read for parents and children helping to give a positive identity to our children. Not only is Obama running for president, we now have a living example to our children that they can be "whatever they desire". Also, we bring up to date the presidential election and the money crisis in America to include the decline of the job marker. Tg will join the show live from America's Best Dance Crew at the Civic Center in Atlanta. The show is affiliated with Randy Jackson. Tune in and weigh your perspective.

  • Original Air Date:

The Urban View "town hall meeting from an undisclosed location"

Join The Urban View live on location from an undisclosed location this Saturday in the Atlanta, Ga area. WE will invite the public to weigh in their perspective on the new "Wonder-Woman" psychology being used by the McPalin team, the importance of exhorting family and friends to vote, community involvement, and what would you say to "Hilary Clinton/Bill Clinton", "Sen. Obama", "Sen. McCain", "Sen. Biden", and/or "Gov. Palin"? Our town hall meeting will reiterate the importance of the calling your neighbor, "putting the tea kettle on the stove, brewing the coffee, and popping the merlot" and enjoy the show.
