The Race and Minority PROPAGANDA in the Media..why?

When you see the local News and there is a robbery and a murder when the suspect is talked about do you automatically assume it will be a person in the minority group?

Have we become so conditioned to ALL  BAD NEWS being about minorities in this country? THE MEDIA AND IT'S PROPAGANDA is it right?
