The bottom line is always money. My brother Keenan is no different he is motivated by money. Little else will move him. Last week I told him about a company I discovered called Medical Marijuana Inc. Shares are being sold at 37 cents a share and I told my brother we should invest together. So far no deal! I just want to do a show that is cutting edge and funny. So for me it is about control. This week we discuss the manipulation of the media and how CNN must become conservative to compete with FOX as TV age skews higher and higher! Media mutation and its speed is the only hope for a more progressive society. Can podcasts and twitter usurp traditional media formats of radio and TV and newspaper? How long will it take and who will take over the mainstream? While we wait for these media mutations to become more powerful and take over the only other way to make change is to take money away or invest it in products we like. Color of change has boycotted Glenn Beck and Whole Foods was subject to a boycott after its CEO John Mackey spoke out against universal healthcare. So how does one garner an audience without the use of traditional mediums? Youtube, Facebook, and Twitter allows people to growth their base be it comedian, cause, or new corporation! The bottom line for this show is to make my brother money! If I want to continue I have to somehow get him paid. Matter fact his website for hiring him to to make appearances when he becomes famous will be called PAYMEBITCH.COM! At least he is honest! So what is Obama's angle on universal health care if everyone is out for money! Universal health care will lower costs by providing a public option! It will prevent medical bankruptcy the leading cause of individual bankruptcy in America and maybe just maybe it will raise our health care systems rank at 37th on the World Health Care depth chart! So my brother is all about money, I am all about control, what is it for Obama? Ego, martyrdom or is he just really crazy nice!
