I am in a war I gotta go

That is how my brother Keenan says goodbye to me when he no longer wants to talk about our lame show and wants to get on playing Call of Duty with his friends. I am in a war I gotta go. Everyone is in a war these days. The number of wars each person is fighting each day is overwhelming. Wars with your significant other, war against your job, made up wars that don't even exist, war in Iraq, banana wars, price wars, corporate wars, a war on healthcare! Keenan and I have so many different wars going on it is tough for us to do a show. My number one war is trying to get him to do and believe in this show. My crazy belief is that he plays video games all the time rather than do a show. Yesterday I lost my DVD player and my netflix movie so I was happy of the thought that he was playing video games because mentally I could not handle doing a show. Can you imagine if we did a real show? How could I do a show everyday if losing my netflix movie and DVD player throws me off. So instead of calling and trying to do a show I calmed myself by doing three hours of yoga on netflix. So everybody has their real and imagined wars going on and yes it is all disturbing! I would much rather get off the phone with my brother by saying I have to find some internal peace which is what we all should be looking for anyway. I really believe that is the most honest way to say goodbye to someone look I am in a war a gotta go. So look I am in war and I gotta go!
