Entering through the Door of Jesus.

How does a person enter in through the door of Jesus? Who are those who get into the sheepfold some other way, why does the Bible call them thieves and robbers. Who is the hireling spoken of in John? What does it really mean to be born again, going through the door of Jesus? John 10:7 Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep. 8 All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them.
