Many of us have heard or used the expression “fake it until you make it.” We often use it to encourage ourselves to not be afraid of the unknown or press through trying situations.  If you are not happy, fake being happy until you come to a place of being genuinely happy.  So we display and put on a facade a false illusion on social media, in our workplace, in front of our family and friends. And this often times lead to further depression and unhappiness. It seems like great advice when you are in front of people, however it actually hurts your growth rather than help. Its time to tear down the masks of religiosity, put off the old self, old identity, behaviors, thoughts, and confront the areas in life that are less than authentic because "There is no Future in Frontin'. Free Yourself!"
