On today's show, Diana will be interviewing a young man who began his drastic, life-changing weight loss journey one year ago. At 460 pounds, Scott knew his health was in jeopardy. On one day, "the day he lost it" (the weight) mentally, as he says, he made a decision to do major overhaul on his lifestyle. By completely changing his diet and beginning a challenging workout routine, Scott has dropped 130 pounds. Today, he shares his story as well as tips for others who are ready to get fit for good.
