Host & Fitness Expert Diana Tyler is a certified personal trainer through the Cooper Institute in Dallas, Texas, as well as a Level 1 CrossFit and Olympic Lifting coach. She earned her B.S. in Radio-TV-Film from the University of Texas at Austin in 2009 and is also the author of two women’s fitness books: Miss University: A Girl’s Guide to Fitness, Beauty, and Confidence and Fit for Faith: A Christian Woman’s Guide to Total Fitness (check out her website www.fit4faith.com to learn more!)
