Growing up, Greg Wilkerson was never interested in physical fitness. He became overweight at only 9 years of age due to lack of physical activity and bad eating habits. On Greg's 20th birthday he was at his heaviest weight of 307 lbs, and on the path to becoming an alcoholic. The day of his 20th birthday he had a change of heart and joined the local Anytime Fitness gym as well as started a half-hearted diet. After eventually seeing results and experiencing a real feeling of accomplishment, Greg was hooked. He began to set goals and make it his top priority to reach them. Through hard work, discipline, dedication and determination Greg was able to lose a total of 138 pounds and get shredded.
