Welcome to the world of Infidelity. During this episode we will discuss, hey you guessed it, why women cheat!
Now I am not in anyway condoning cheating,
in my personal opinion cheating defeats the purpose of being in a committed relationship.
It makes more sense not to be with someone than to cheat on them!
However, according to an American Sexual Behavior study,
14% of married women have cheated at least once, compared to 22% of married men.
So obviously it's happening! Now the more important question to ask is why?

Today we're going to take a look at the ladies side
[since that is the side I know best ha!]

In a poll taken of over 9,400 women 49% admit to cheating on their partners at least once.
Here are the top reasons why:

"I'm feeling really unappreciated..."

A feeling of being neglected, ignored, or underappreciated is a common reason for infidelity.
After being in a relationship for an extended period of time it's easy for familiarity to take over your love life.
So she cooks, cleans, watches the kids, runs household errands... wait is that a maid or your wife??
If your paying more attention to who won the Giants game [G-Men, Go Blue!! lol]
than you are to your partner [as she vacuums the rug under your feet while your watchin the game]
there's a chance she may accept attention from someone more willing to give it.
Try thanking her for all her hard work and hey it wouldn't hurt to help her out either!


"When I get that feeling, I want sexual healing!"

Remember when you used to flirt all the time when you first started dating?
Where did that go? Don't let the fire burn out!
Going from having sex 4-5 times a week to 3-4 times a month is a drastic change
sometimes we don't even realized it's happened until after the fact!
Never the less, it is crucial to keep the flame blazing in your relationship
if you want her to stay faithful.
Women like to feel wanted, so always let her know she is!


"You must not know 'bout me... I can have another you in a minute!"

Some women need an ego booster to tell them they're still bad! [bad=good]
Sleeping with someone else is a way to assure themselves that their still sexy & desirable.
Although a woman's low self esteem may not be the fault of her partner
you should still try ways to re assure her that she is more than appealing
Talk to her, communication is the good way to build security in the relationship.


"What I need from you is understanding."

Let's face it, women are emotional beings.
When a woman's partner withdraws from her and becomes emotionally distant,
she may see it as a sign that the relationship is ending.
So to her it's not cheating if it's already over [that's the excuse at least]
Be an active participant in your relationship!
Don't just silently go through the motions of being in a relationship actually be in one!
Again good communication is vital in this area if there's a reason your being distant,
talk to your honey about it instead of pulling away for what seems to be no reason at all.


While there are numerous reasons for infidelity

that still doesn't make it right.
However there are very simple ways to stop it before it happens
if you just pay attention to your loved one!
Because if you don't its quitte possible someone else will!
