Today we will review and have a candid discussion about a criminal case (3:15-cr-00438-JO) brought by the United States of America against the legendary patriot Winston Shrout. For those who haven’t heard of Winston Shourt, he is a pioneer in the redemptionist (white supremacy) movement. We will look at docket entries/filings @ 3:15-cr-00438: USA v. Shrout (33 Docket Entries) and 3:15-cr-00438: USA v. Shrout (67 Docket Entries). We review Fed.R.Crim.P. Rule 47 and case law US v. Navarro Viayra, 365 F. 3d 790 - (9th Cir. 2004).
