Emotions have been said to have no words. Well, l I know I've given them plenty of words when I was in emotional pain. However, keeping them under control was something like trying to wrap a blanket around a wild animal to contain it. It might work initially, but I still had a wild animal trying to get out. There must be a better way to work with painful emotions other than caging them, telling the story of how the wild animal came into your life, and why you kept it as some kind of trophy or talking point. Thankfully, there is.
