    The poor chef hitting radio get ready to sizzle

    So i spent about two to three days trying to figure this radio stuff out, i have been home on the internet alo't getting alo't of other work done, i just got back in from cali and its like a big downer being back in this city. I was able to secure alo't of big deals for the show and were waiting for lawyer stuff right now. Other than that its just been the grind and the hustle, i have to redo the web site and close some other deals, i have to it seems get alot of things together. The goal i guess for the radio show is number one to get the word out on my movement walk with wellness, its a great platform cause im all about health and fitness and well being of mind and body. I will have some great people on board, im sure i will pull a buddy of mine jackie from aging backwards and of course the amazing Merilee who is so outspoken but yet gentle as a lamb, then we will move into the major players and the ceos and the lawyers and authors and dr's and celeb friends i have from being in the bizz.

    So im excited about whats going on, i love radio and i have done it for quite sometime now in nyc and also in Tampa and im glad to be back. I feel we have alot to offer because of the subject matter, we can go deep but have alot of fun at the same time, but im not at all into politics and dont have this opinion on things like alo of these hard core radio host, i let the guest set the tone and im here more like Oprah to just let it ride out. I will also get more into me and the bizz side of things and what it has been like with this ride making tv shows and music and films, and raising a son and dealing with the crap that comes around in this rat race. Like my uncle said 'you work your more to receive your less' when does that stop

Dear Charles, I can't wait to hear and participate in your show. I've seen some of your work and you have amazing talent and an amazing product in the Poor Chef. Many today have such busy lives that we forget what it takes to lead a healthy, spiritually grounded lifestyle.
