Want to say hello to all that will be checking out my new program, i have done many things but my goal with this show is to leave a impact on who i touch in such a way that we can bring change or just a smile to someones life. As the poor chef on NBC my segment that airs each week in six markets in the southeast, i have had an amazing road of success as well as trying times in the world on entertainment.

I walked away from NBC about 3 months ago to sell the show and it has been an unreal ride. We have been able to have my very own spice line in stores now, we also have a major cookbook coming out in the next few months as well as a slew of TV shows i have done all over the country, i had the please of being on Martha Stewart radio show and i village and scores of magazines such as Soulfood, Quick & simple just to name a few.

I created the show with my son in mind, wanting to feed him healthy but cost effective he helped me with the idea and its been a journey ever since. There have been many a battle as a young black man trying to make a cooking show but just not any cooking show but one that could touch the world, join me as i talk about the business and the celebs i have worked with as well and the side of the business you only hear about. I will also journey into wellness something that is a true love of mine, something that allows us to feel and look better as well as have a better outlook on life. We will have such guest as Gary Null to Dr Bart Raddamaker to many well know authors and celeb guest that will share with us their food and loves and life.

You know I will be sampling your spice line, buying your cook book, and have no doubt that your spices will have their own cabinet in my kitchen. :P
