To refresh your memory,On a warm Saturday morning in July of 2008, Nancy Cooper was reported missing by concerned friends.  Three days later on July 14th 2008, Nancy's naked body was found face down in a creek miles from her home.  Nancy's husband told investigators and friends Nancy left their home for a morning jog around 7 am. Despite any physical evidence, several reports by  witnesses who claimed to have seen Nancy jogging that morning, reports of a strange van in the neighborhood days prior and the day Nancy went missing and a lover from years prior who told police he knew Nancy's run route and had confronted Nancy for "saying bs lies" about him, Brad Cooper was convicted in Nancy's death.  Is Brad Cooper the victim of a faulty police investigation?  Was Brad Cooper the assumed suspect from the very start after a 911 call to Cary police on the day Nancy went missing?  Did detectives erase important information from Nancy's phone?  Did Cary police plant evidence on Brad's computer to suggest he conducted a google search of the area of where Nancy's body was found? Since last year, Brad has been granted a new trial by the NC Court of Appeals.  What were the grounds of Brad's new trial and what does the future hold for Brad and his defense team.  My guest this week will again by Lynne Blanchard, one of Brad's biggest supporters since his conviction.  01:19:00The Other Side of JusticenoBrad Cooper New Trial,Nancy Cooper,Kurtz and Blum,Brad Cooper conviction,Brad Cooper RulingIn November of last year we featured "Trial of Lies", Brad Cooper Part II. The David Camm Case Part IIIn June of last year, we brought you the David Camm case.  To recap, On September 28th 2000, shortly after 7pm,  35 year old Kim Camm pulled into her garage.  In the Ford Bronco with Kim were her 5 year old daughter Jill and 7 year old son Bradley.  Kim and Jill were shot and the head and killed instantly, Bradley was shot in the chest and the medical examiner believes he may have lived for several minutes.  Kim's husband David returned home to find a bloody crime scene and his entire family murdered.  Three days later, David was charged with the horrific murders of his family, despite 11 witness who confirmed David's alibi, DNA on a clothing item left behind that did not match David and an odd placement of Kim's shoes.  David was convicted in 2002 and sentenced to 195 years.  Hiis conviction was overturned in 2004 and a DNA match came in 2005 to the DNA left on the clothing.  The owner of the DNA was charged in the murders and David thought he was a free man, just to be arrestted again just hours after the DNA owner was charged.  The DNA owner was a known felon with a history of violence against women, a documented liar and had a strange obession with women's shoes.  Despite the clear and obvious lies of the real prepatrator, David awaits his third trail after his previous two convictions were over turned.  Since our last show, jury selection has begun for David Camm's third trial.  What will the owner of the DNA have to say this time.  What will prosecutors have to say to attempt to keep David Camm in prison.  Join us this Wednesday as we speak with Sam Lockhart, one of the witnesses who cleared David Camm originally and our guest from our first show regarding the case.  01:30:00The Other Side of JusticenoDavid Camm Third Trial,David Camm Innocent,Charles Boney,Justice for David Camm,Kim CammIn June of last year, we brought you the David Camm case.  To recap, On September 28th 2000, shortly after 7pm,  35 year old Kim Camm pulled into her garage.  I20 days of life. The Willie Manning CaseOn December 11th 1992, two MSU students who were dating at the time, Tiffany Miller and Jon Stegler were last seen leaving Jon's faternity house around 1:00 am.  Around 2:15 am, Jon was discovered by a motorist, lying on the side of the road.  Jon had been shot once in the back of the head, but he was still alived.  His bloddy injuries suggested he had been run over by a vehicle at low speed.  Tiffany's body was found in the woods.  She had been shot in the face twice at close range.  Later that morning, one of Jon's fraternity brothers discovered that his car had been broken into and that several items were stolen.  Several stolen items were linked to Manning through the state witnesses, most of which were jailhouse informants.  No physical evidence has ever linked Willie Manning to the crime.  Since 1994, Willie Manning's defense has fought to have DNA testing done on the rape kits, fingernail scraping and hair found at the crime scene.  Even the US Justice Department has said the testimony of the witnesses and the physical evidence is flawed and should be reexamined.  However, Willie Manning is scheduled to be executed on 5/7/13, unless a last minute stay of execution comes.  Join us tonight for a special night of The Other Side of Justice.  My guest tonight will be David Skato, one of the thousands of Willie Manning supporters.  01:20:00The Other Side of JusticenoWillie Manning,Justice for Willie Manning,David Skato,Willie Manning Execution,MS Death Row inmateOn December 11th 1992, two MSU students who were dating at the time, Tiffany Miller and Jon Stegler were last seen leaving Jon's faternity house around 1:00 am.Make A Run For The Border. The Dylan Ryan Johnson CaseIn the mid 90s, Taco Bell introduced the slogan "Make a Run For the Border.  At almost every commercial break, channels were flooded with campaigns with a desert backdrop, supposedly the Mexican border and people running into Taco Bell to buy the .49 cent taco.  The slogan put Taco Bell on the map as a mainstream fast food restaurant.  Some 13 years later in 2003, Dylan Ryan Johnson made a run for the border, but not to Taco Bell.  He literally entered Mexico to help with construction on his mother's house, who had moved to Mexico.  Dylan, by name is obviously an American.  "Gringos" as white americans are called in Mexico typically stand out, especially in the small town of Empalme Escobedo.  On Sept 7th 2003, a 16 year old resident of Mexico, Hilario Garcia Rosales was killed inside of a hotel room at the Hotel Villa Empalme.  The hotel was known to  register each guest license plate.  The only information at the time was a "gringo" with a  green truck.  On Sept 11th, 2003, Dylan's visa was expiring.  So rather than pay for the extension of his visa and since his mother was not ready to move into the house, Dylan flew back to the US.  Dylan was unaware that he was a suspect of a murder and possible rape.  He married and started a business, without a second thought.  Six years after the victim's body was found, police return to the hotel with a photo array.  However, the photo array only had one "gringo", Dylan.  The rest were mexican men.  The staff at the hotel of course identify the "gringo".  In  2012, US Marshall arrest Dylan who then sits in a cell for 8 months before extradition.  Dylan was later convicted of murder and is in a Mexican prison.  No DNA, No motive, No eye witness, 6 years before a photo line up.  Join us this Wednesday.  Get Dylan back across the border.  01:24:00The Other Side of JusticenoDylan Ryan Johnson,Save Dylan Ryan Johnson,Nemacolin man convicted of murder in Mexico,US citizen in prison in Mexico, savedylanryanjohnsonIn the mid 90s, Taco Bell introduced the slogan "Make a Run For the Border.  At almost every commercial break, channels were flooded with campaigns with a deserA baseball, a baby and life. Steve McNair and Sahel Kazemi murdersOn July 4th 2009 in the city of Nashville, one of the greatest Quarterbacks in the NFL, Steve McNair was shot and killed inside of a condominium just miles from where he played.  Also inside the condominium was Sahel Kazemi.  She was laying at Steve's feet, dead as well.  The next day detectives traced the gun used in the crime to Adrian Gilliam.  Gilliam told detectives he sold the gun to a girl he did not know "Thursday" before the murders at Dave and Busters where Sahel worked as a server.  By July 8th, 4 days after the murders, Chief  of Police Serpas told the world the case was a murder-suicide.  Supposedly Sahel was upset about a DUI she recieved on Wednesday and financial struggles, which pushed her over the edge to ask the "perfect stranger" for a gun.  Gilliam stated Sahel gave him 5 $20 bills for the transaction.  The world was left to believe the case was closed.  In October of 2009, police released a case summary showing text between Steve and Sahel.  One text in particular from Sahel to Steve, recieved on Steve's phone at 2:23 am stating "I'm going to the store".  The timeline of death according to police is 1:30 am.   So how could Sahel text Steve if she was dead?  Detectives claim there was no time stamp on Sahel's phone as to when the text was sent and it was considered a "delalyed text".  However, Sahel's phone records show the text was sent at the exact time it was recieved by Steve.  Also, on July 28th phone records showed the perfect stranger Adrain Gilliam had text and called Sahel over 400 times in the weeks before the murder.  He later admitted to police that he had been to her apartment several times.  The 5 $20 bills supposedly given to Gilliam were in Sahel's purse when it was signed for out of the property room.  You think you know what happened? The Sarah Pender CaseOn October 25th 2000, a teamster was taking out the trash behind the local Teamster's Union.  As he opened the dumpster, he discovered two bodies.  The victims had been shot several times by a shotgun.  The faces of the victims were unrecognizable.  Therefore, police enlisted the local media to post pictures of the victims' tattoos.  The following day, after receiving several leads based on the tattoos,  the victims were identified as Andrew Cataldi and Tricia Nordman.  The police also learned where the victims lived and who they lived with.  The victims' roommates were Sarah Jo Pender and Richard Edward Hull.  Cataldi and Hull were partners in the drug business, who often argued about money.  Sarah was employed as an office manager of a construction company.  When police arrived at the home, Richard Hull and Sarah Pender were not there.  The couple was later tracked to a local hotel and brought in for questioning.  In one room, Sarah stated Hull and Cataldi were in a heated argument and Hull instructed her to leave.  When she returned, both victims were dead and Hull claimed Cataldi hurt him.  In the other room, Hull confirmed Sarah's story and Sarah was released.  However, Sarah was later charged with two counts of murder and described as a female Charles Manson.  Just before Sarah's trial, a letter was sent to Hull from Sarah confessing to the murders.  However, was the letter written by Sarah?  Prosecutors certainly alleged it was and it was used as the only piece of evidence against Sarah.  Was Sarah a female Charles Manson or was she set up by her co-defendant in order for him to recieve a ligther sentence?  The Other Side of Justice returns January 9th 2013 with A Shotgun, dumpster and a letter.  The Sarah Pender Case.  My guest will be Bonnie Prosser, Sarah Pender's mother.  01:30:00The Other Side of JusticenoSarah Jo Pender,Sarah Pender,Fair Justice For Sarah Pender,Andrew Cataldi,Tricia NordmanOn October 25th 2000, a teamster was taking out the trash behind the local Teamster's Union.  As he opened the dumpster, he discovered two bodies.  The victimsNo Training Wheels on the Bike. The Chris White StoryIn 2002, Chris White was spending the weekend with his daughters, who were living with foster parents.  While Chris was working on his truck, the girls were riding thier new bikes in the street.  The two girls crashed into each other and the youngest's private part hit the bar of the bike.  The oldest daughter had poison ivy from days prior.  This is even documented in school nurse notes.  Both girls continued to ride their bikes until it was time for Chris to drop them back off at the foster parents.  When the girls were back at home and at the dinner table, the youngest complained about hurting on her private part.  The little girl was taken to the emergency room and told the doctor about the bike accident.  And so the issue begins.  Child Protective Services charged Chris with two counts of rape and turned the case over to criminal court.  Chris was sentenced to 35 years in prison for the rape of his daughters.  The interesting fact, there was no physical signs of sexual abuse on either girl.  So how did Chris end up in prison.  Tune in this Wednesday as we welcome Janelle Natalie, Chris' sister to discuss his case, No Training Wheels on the Bike. 01:30:00The Other Side of JusticenoChris White Conviction,Free Chris White,Free Chris White,Chris White Arkansas,Janelle NatalieIn 2002, Chris White was spending the weekend with his daughters, who were living with foster parents.  While Chris was working on his truck, the girls were ridThe Yoga Instructor, Ballerina and Rapper. When EMS arrived, Haughn immediately points the finger at "a guy that was stalking Catherine", Paul Cortez.  Paul Cortez was an up and coming actor and rock and roll singer.  Paul was also an on again off again boyfriend of Catherine Woods.  Was Paul stalking Catherine or was David Haughn pointing the finger at Paul to divert suspicion from himself?  Paul was convicted of Catherine's murder in 2007 but was David Haughn's timeline creditable.  Could he have had sex with Catherine, put his clothes on, leave to get his car only a block away, make a stop to set an obvious alibi, giving a killer time to sneak past 7 video cameras then stab Catherine 20 times and leave undetected by the same 7 video cameras?  A month after we featured Paul's case, Paul was granted leave to appeal his case to the New York Supreme Court.  Our guest back in June was Sal Siino, one of Paul's biggest advocates.  Tune in this Wednesday as we welcome Sal Siino back to discuss the new developments in Paul Cortez's case.  01:30:00The Other Side of JusticenoPaul Cortez Appeal,Catherine Woods,David Haughn,Death of a Dream,Stripper SlayerThis past June we featured, "The Dancer, the rapper and the actor", the Paul Cortez case.  Just two days after Thanksgiving in 2005, up and coming Broadway dancTrial of Lies, The Brad Cooper Case Part II http://www.blogtalkradio.com/the-other-side-of-justice/2012/11/07/trial-of-lies-the-brad-cooper-case-part-iiLegalhttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/the-other-side-of-justice/2012/11/07/trial-of-lies-the-brad-cooper-case-part-ii/#commentshttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/the-other-side-of-justice/2012/11/07/trial-of-lies-the-brad-cooper-case-part-iiWed, 07 Nov 2012 23:00:00 GMTTrial of Lies, The Brad Cooper Case Part II Back in May, we discussed the Brad Cooper Case.  My guest were Lynne Blanchard and a first time exclusive interview with Brad Cooper's parents.  This Wednesday we will be doing part two of the Brad Cooper case.  Our guest again will be Lynne Blanchard.  On a warm Saturday morning in July of 2008, Nancy Cooper was reported missing by concerned friends. And what about the other man in Nancy's life that had a motive and knew Nancy's run route by his own admission.  Why was he never considered a suspect? 01:21:00The Other Side of JusticenoBrad Cooper Case,Free Brad Cooper,Justice For Brad,Nancy Cooper,John Pearson affair with Nancy CooperBack in May, we discussed the Brad Cooper Case.  My guest were Lynne Blanchard and a first time exclusive interview with Brad Cooper's parents.  This WednesdayDeath on a Cul-de-sac. The Sheena Morris Case It was New Year's day of 2009 when young, beautiful, family oriented Sheena Morris was found hanged in her hotel room which she was sharing with her fiance'.  Earlier in the night a 911 call from another guest in the hotel suggested the two had been involved in a domestic dispute.  When police arrived, the boyfriend Joseph Genose walked right past them, entered his car and left the scene.  Police left without filing a report or noting the obvious physical injuries to Sheena's body.  At 1:52 am, Sheena texted Joseph and stated "I took pictures".  At 2:03 am, Sheena called 911 stating Jospeh may be going to her house to ransack it and that he had taken her purse.  The text between the two continued until 2:55 am.  The last text came from Genose to Sheena stating "You chose to stay I offered to take you home".  Sheena never replied.  The next day, Sheena was found dead.  She was hanging in an ackward position in the shower.  Sand was between her toes and covered her feet, yet no sand was in the shower or on the bathroom floor.  The purse which Joseph had taken was back in the room.  The one and only detective ruled the case an obvious suicide from a suicidal female upset about an arguement with her fiance'on New Year's.  The detective and his Chief stand by their decesion and refuse to re-open the case despite three forensic experts contradicting a suicide.  Joseph Genose was never charged in Sheena's death.  This Wednesday our guest will be Kelly Osborn, Sheena's mother who fights daily to have Sheena's case reopened.  We will look at the circumstances surronding Sheena's death and look at the history of Joseph Genose from The Other Side of Justice.   01:29:00The Other Side of JusticenoSheena Morris,Joe Genose,Joseph Genose,Kelly Osborn,justice4sheenaIt was New Year's day of 2009 when young, beautiful, family oriented Sheena Morris was found hanged in her hotel room which she was sharing with her fiance'.Semper FI, Always Loyal. The Kait Arquette Case On July 16th 1989, Kaitlyn "Kait" Arquette was driving from her girlfriend's house when she was shot twice in the head while seated in the driver seat of her car.  This case became strange from the begining.  A marked patrol, yet to be identified was on the scene prior to the first reported responding officer according to a witness.  The responding officer left the scene prior to EMT workers arriving, according to several statements by the EMT workers.  A potential suspect was standing next to Kait's vehicle even before police arrived.  His Volkswagen matched the description of a vehicle seen following Kait prior to her death.  Kait's boyfriend was involved in a multi million dollar insurance scam and part of a Vietnamese organized crime group.  Some of his counterparts also drove a Volkswagen matching the one seen following Kait prior to her death.  Albuquerque Police concluded Kait's death was the result of a random drive by shooting.  However, some of those same officers in charge of the case or those investigating it were later arrested for felony offenses.  Kait's mother and her family refuse to believe her daugther's death was the result of a random act.  In 1992, Kait's mother Lois Duncan authored a book entitled "Who Killed My Daughter".  23 years later, Kait's family fights to find justice for Kait.  Tune in this Wednesday when our guest will be Lois Duncan to discuss Kait Arquette's case on The Other Side of Justice.  01:30:00The Other Side of JusticenoLois Duncan,Who Killed My Daughter,Kaitlyn Arquette,Paul Apodaca,Dung NguyenOn July 16th 1989, Kaitlyn "Kait" Arquette was driving from her girlfriend's house when she was shot twice in the head while seated in the driver seat of her cAm I My Brother's Keeper, The Dennis "Denny" Petitt Casehttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/the-other-side-of-justice/2012/08/15/am-i-my-brothers-keeper-the-dennis-denny-petitt-caseLegalhttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/the-other-side-of-justice/2012/08/15/am-i-my-brothers-keeper-the-dennis-denny-petitt-case/#commentshttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/the-other-side-of-justice/2012/08/15/am-i-my-brothers-keeper-the-dennis-denny-petitt-caseWed, 15 Aug 2012 22:00:00 GMTAm I My Brother's Keeper, The Dennis "Denny" Petitt Case Growing up as brothers, it is a common thing to have agruements and physical fights.  Blaming one another for breaking the glass or eating the last cookie is common among older and younger brothers.  In bibical days, Cane killed Abel over jealousy.  In 2009 one brother was charged with killing the other, not because of jealousy, but because of self defense.  As tragic as the case was for one brother to have killed another, not intentionally but to prevent a further assault, it was more tragic that Denny Petitt was charged with first degree murder and sentenced to 30 years in prison.  This emotional case was plagued with police interview misconduct, jury misconduct and most of all a brother who was attempting to protect himself from further injury other than the broken jaw he already sustained.  Tune in this Wednesday as our guest will be Kelly Thompson, Dennis's biggest supporter who also happens to be his daughter.   00:27:00The Other Side of JusticenoDenny Petitt,Justice for Denny Petitt,Support Denny,Kelly A Thompson,Illinois Wrongfully ConvictedGrowing up as brothers, it is a common thing to have agruements and physical fights.  Blaming one another for breaking the glass or eating the last cookie is cThe left shoe and the letter.  Well that is what police said for three years.  That is until Byron broke up with Kelly and Kelly now implicated Byron as Anastasia's killer.  The police theory of the murder-suicide changed to murder and Justin killing himself becasue he felt enourmous guilt of dealing with his girlfriend's death.  Byron was convicted of two life sentences and to this day, no murder weapon was ever recovered, no DNA and most importantly no motive for Byron to have killed Anastasia when it was Justin who had the history of heated disputes with her and killed himself all the way in the next state.  Tune in for a special Saturday episode at 11 am EST as we will have an exclusive interview with Byron Case and have him tell his side of the story.   00:59:00The Other Side of JusticenoByron Case,Anastasia WitbolsFeugen, free byron case, byron is innocent, the skeptical jurorIn 1997 a young woman by the name of Anastasia WitbolsFeugen was found dead in a local cemetery by a police officer.  Anastasia had been shot in the face sometI Have a Dream, the Ryan Ferguson Casehttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/the-other-side-of-justice/2012/08/03/i-have-a-dream-the-ryan-ferguson-caseLegalhttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/the-other-side-of-justice/2012/08/03/i-have-a-dream-the-ryan-ferguson-case/#commentshttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/the-other-side-of-justice/2012/08/03/i-have-a-dream-the-ryan-ferguson-caseFri, 03 Aug 2012 22:00:00 GMTI Have a Dream, the Ryan Ferguson Case On August 28th 1963, Martin Luther King Jr gave the famous I have a dream speech which focused on racial equality.  The speech lasted 17 minutes and changed the world.   In the early morning hours of November 1st, 2001 around 2 am, just shortly after all of the Trick or Treaters had settled in, Kent Heitholt was brutally murdered in the parking lot as he left work.  For almost 3 years police had no suspects, no leads and the case had grown cold.  This was until a young man named Charles "Chuck" Erickson began allegedly telling friends he had a dream that he may have been involved in the murder. The Jeffrey Havard Case In 1999 comedians Eddie Murphy and Martin Lawrence starred in the hit comedy movie titled Life.  It was a movie based on two men who were set up to be the fall guys to a murder by a racist Sheriff, who in fact was the murderer himself.  Ray(Eddie Murphy) and Claude(Martin Lawrence) were sentenced to LIFE without parole.  The two spent 4 decades  trying to clear their names.  The prison featured in the movie was Parchman prison in Mississippi.  In 2003, Jeffrey Havard was convicted of  1st degree murder during the commision of sexual battery.  The alleged victim was 6 month old Chole Britt, Jeffrey's live in girlfriend's daughter.  Initially, Chole's mother Rebecca made statements that Jeffrey was an active part of Chole's life and he often changed her diapers, made bottles, etc.  However, at trial, her story changed.  Evidence was not kept, no pictures supporting Jeffrey's statements were taken.  Jeffrey's defense attorney never called one witness on his behalf and sat in the courtroom shaking his leg restlessly.  The defense attorney was later arrestted for possesion of cocaine for personal use.  The "expert" Steven Hayne, who testified Chole was anally raped based on a 1 centimeter bruise inside her buttocks was not a certified or licensed examiner.  The DNA the state said was Jeffrey's semen found on the sheets on the baby bed was later tested and proofed to be Gerber Banana baby food, just as Jeffrey had stated to police.  Yet, Jeffrey Havard sits on deathrow as inmate L3955.  What made Rebecca change her story?  How did Hayne become the "expert" of sexual abuse?  Was this a tragic accident of Chole being dropped getting out of the bathtub and hitting her head as Jeffrey has said since day one?  Tune in this Wednesday at 6 PM EST as we discuss the Jeffrey Havard case with some surprise guest.   01:46:00The Other Side of JusticenoJeffrey Havard,Chole Britt,Death Row,Parchman Prison,Rebbeca BrittIn 1999 comedians Eddie Murphy and Martin Lawrence starred in the hit comedy movie titled Life.  It was a movie based on two men who were set up to be the fallApril Fools, The David Thorne Case. http://www.blogtalkradio.com/the-other-side-of-justice/2012/07/11/april-fools-the-david-thorne-caseLegalhttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/the-other-side-of-justice/2012/07/11/april-fools-the-david-thorne-case/#commentshttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/the-other-side-of-justice/2012/07/11/april-fools-the-david-thorne-caseWed, 11 Jul 2012 22:00:00 GMTApril Fools, The David Thorne Case. Sometime between the evening of March 31st and noon on April 1st, 1999 , Yvonne Layne was brutally murdered inside of her Alliance, OH home.  This was no April fool's joke for the 5 children Yvonne left behind.  The real fools though were the Alliance, OH police department.  Could one of their own officers have been a prime suspect?  Did he a vested interest in seeing Yvonne killed?  Such names as Cheech Marin from Cheech and Chong and The King of Pop Michael Jackson were entertained during the investigation.  David Thorne was arrested and later convicted of Yvonne's murder.  David was dad number 4 of 5.  Police had no DNA, no eye witness, no motive, they even sought the help of a so called physic who also pointed the finger at someone else.  The only "evidence" police had was a coerced confession of a mentally challenged "hit man" who could not give any facts of the murder and gave contradicting statements during his interviews.  Tune in this Wednesday as we discuss the David Thorne case.   01:30:00The Other Side of JusticenoDavid Thorne,Yvonne Layne,Alliance OH Police Department,Joseph Wilkes,Bloody knifeSometime between the evening of March 31st and noon on April 1st, 1999 , Yvonne Layne was brutally murdered inside of her Alliance, OH home.  This was no AprilThe Dancer, the rapper and the actor. The Paul Cortez Case. Just two days after Thanksgiving in 2005, up and coming Broadway dancer Catherine Woods was stabbed 20 times inside of her bedroom.  Her live in on again off again boyfriend David Haughn an inspiring rapper claims he left the apartment around 6:30 to get his car and returned 20 minutes later and found Catherine in a pool of blood.  This  would have left little time for someone to come in and stab Catherine 20 times. Tune in this Wednesday live at 6 PM EST as we discuss The Paul Cortez case. 01:27:00The  Michelle was in a pool of blood and it was apparent she had been brutally beaten to death.  Michelle's two year old daughter was home walking in her mother's blood.  Michelle's husband Jason returned home from over three hours away and was immediately treated as a suspect.  Video surveillance at a hotel in Hillsville, VA confirms Jason Young was indeed 3 hours away.  Three years after the murders, Jason Young was arrested for his wife's murder.  He was arrested without any physical evidence, DNA or blood evidence tying him to the scene.  Jason's first trial reached a hung jury.  Testimony from a known mentally challenged gas station clerk and a video camera Jason allegedly unplugged at the hotel also lead to Jason's conviction.  Tune in to The Other Side of Justice this Wednesday as we discuss the Jason Young case.  We will point out several key pieces overlooked by investigators and discuss evidence which should have cleared Jason Young at his second trial.  Also, we will take a look into conflicting stories by the 911 caller.   01:04:00The Other Side of JusticenoJason Young,Michelle Young,Meredith Fisher,Cassidy,Jason Young RetrialOn November 3, 2006 Michelle Young was found were her 5 year old daughter Jill and 7 year old son Bradley. Tune in this Wednesday June 13th as we will be speaking with one of the witnesses that should have cleared David, point out gaps in the state's case against David, the unlikely scenario which the DNA owner claims and why David Camm should be a he knew Nancy's run route and had confronted Nancy for "saying bs lies" about him, Brad Cooper was convicted in Nancy's death.  Is Brad Cooper the victim of a faulty police investigation?  Was Brad
