One night in July 2008 in the heat of the night of Pearl, MS, Michael Lindsey was outside his home when his neighbor, who was 16 years younger and 90 lbs heavier than Michael  arrived.  The neighbor was not alon and told Michael he was going to beat him up.  After he violently beat Michael, Michael was about escape into his house.  As Michael was attempting to call 911 he noticed the neighbor now had Michael's roomate in a headlocked and it appeared he was assaulting him.  Michael using the law which allows a citizen to use for to protect your life or the life of another in imminent danger, stabbed his neighbor a single time in the side.  While both men lye on the ground for 40 minutes awaiting an ambulance, the neighbor bled out and died.  6 hours later a murder warrant was issued for Michael as he was in the hospital being attended to.  Was Michael a stone cold killer or was he indeed protecting his life from what he believed was a life or death threat?  Tune in Sunday at 5 PM EST as we discuss the Michael Lindsey Case on The Other Side of Justice.
