On November 3, 2006 Michelle Young was found by her sister in the master bedroom of her Raleigh, NC home  by her sister.  Michelle was in a pool of blood and it was apparent she had been brutally beaten to death.  Michelle's two year old daughter was home walking in her mother's blood.  Michelle's husband Jason returned home from over three hours away and was immediately treated as a suspect.  Video surveillance at a hotel in Hillsville, VA confirms Jason Young was indeed 3 hours away.  Three years after the murders, Jason Young was arrested for his wife's murder.  He was arrested without any physical evidence, DNA or blood evidence tying him to the scene.  Jason's first trial reached a hung jury.  Testimony from a known mentally challenged gas station clerk and a video camera Jason allegedly unplugged at the hotel also lead to Jason's conviction.  Tune in to The Other Side of Justice this Wednesday as we discuss the Jason Young case.  We will point out several key pieces overlooked by investigators and discuss evidence which should have cleared Jason Young at his second trial.  Also, we will take a look into conflicting stories by the 911 caller.
