The bombers have been caught and killed and Boston is now safe for everyone but teens in poverty and lobsters.  After the first cyber mounted manhunt in world history, the Tsarnaev brothers have been brought to justice.  By calling on people in Boston who attended the marathon to share all pictures and videos taken at the race, the FBI utilized social media and technology to build a cyber posse and it worked.
Not only did the US Senate fail to pass the weakest version of gun control legislation in all of history, (failing to serve a constituency that overwhelmingly supported action) but also another domestic terrorist tried to mail poison to a US Senator and President Obama.
Lost in all of the hoopla of the Boston crisis was how most news agencies failed the first grade of journalistic integrity by irresponsibly reporting that the suspects were “dark skinned males”.  One “newspaper”, the New York Post even went so far as to even publish a photograph of two dark skinned men as the suspects even AFTER the FBI released photos of the actual “suspects”.  Our guest, Doni Glover of Bmorenews.com will join us tonight in discussing these issues.
Sound like a good show?  Well we will hit these points and more, tonight at 8:00pm EST.
Focusing on the major and sometimes overlooked topics affecting us in America today, the Nitelifer Circle of Sanity examines what is going on in Baltimore MD, Seattle WA, and all parts of the country in between.  The “Media” is or isn't talking about it, but regardless, The Nitelifer Circle of Sanity is! We hope to enlighten and educate while delivering the seriousness of the issues with sarcasm and humor.  Whether it is politics or social issues, The Nitelifer Circle of Sanity will be there.
