The national conventions are over and the results are coming in.  Barack Obama got a 4 point bump over Mitt Romney but the race is now officially on. Amidst accusations of attack ads by the Democrats and race baiting by the Republicans, what will the 2012 General Election actually devolve into?  There has already been a cry from Republicans that Obama’s re-election will lead to a civil war in this country.
Maryland State Delegate Emmett C. Burns Jr officially stuck his official foot in his mouth for attacking Baltimore Ravens football player Brendon Ayanbadejo for supporting Marriage Equality.  Delegate Burns, the founding pastor of Rising Sun First Baptist Church seemingly got confused on what separation of Church and State means in the Constitution when he took issue with Ayanbadejo expressing his opinion and exercising his 1st Amendment Rights.  We’ll weigh in.
Today is the 11th year anniversary of the 9/11 attack on America.  What does this date mean to you and what are your remembrances of that fateful day?
And finally, our old nemesis Global Warming has claimed another in 2012.  Art Modell has left us.
We WILL hit these points and more, tonight at 8:00pm EST.
Focusing on the major and sometimes overlooked topics affecting us in America today, the Nitelifer Circle of Sanity examines what is going on in Baltimore MD, Seattle WA, and all parts of the country in between.  The “Media” is or isn't talking about it, but regardless, The Nitelifer Circle of Sanity is! We hope to enlighten and educate while delivering the seriousness of the issues with sarcasm and humor.  Whether it is politics or social issues, The Nitelifer Circle of Sanity will be there.
