Finally, Mitt Romney has chosen his running mate. By choosing Paul Ryan, has Romney shown that he is still pandering? We'll discuss why we think so.
NFL Wide Receiver and social media star wanna be, Chad Johnson, ne Ochocinco, was arrested and charged with domestic violence for an altercation with his newlywed bride, reality show embarrassment Evelyn Lozado.  Hasn't celebrity entitlement gone far enough?  Clearly The Miami Dolphins football team believed so, as they unceremoniously cut Johnson from the team. Even VH1, who was producing a new show featuring the couple, chose not to proceed.  How do YOU feel about this issue?  Call in and join in the conversation.
The Olympics are over until 2016 so we'll briefly discuss the games and their impact.
And finally, Helen Gurley Brown has died.  The woman who helped define the modern woman in the progressive and in some quarters, even conservative households, passed away at 90. Kamal and Yale will examine how she has shaped this country in more ways than you may be aware of.  She was the inspiration for the hit HBO series, Sex in the City, and original publisher of Cosmopolitan magazine.

Focusing on the major and sometimes overlooked topics affecting us in America today, the Nitelifer Circle of Sanity examines what is going on in Baltimore MD, Seattle WA, and all parts of the country in between.  The “Media” is or isn't talking about it, but regardless, The Nitelifer Circle of Sanity is!  We hope to enlighten and educate while delivering the seriousness of the issues with sarcasm and humor.  Whether it is politics or social issues, The Nitelifer Circle of Sanity will be there.
