A continuation of last week’s show! Diet is such a frustrating topic that effects so many of us we found ourselves embroiled in two personal case discussions with our callers. Should I cut out my carbs? Should I eat before exercise? What is the best exercise to burn fat? Am I too heavy to run? These and other burning questions were addressed and we literally ran out of time. In this session we will build on the previous conversations and take fresh callers to gain more "food for thought”.
