The Light Show  

Bonnie, Teresa and I had a "whole" conversation today, beginning with what each of us brought into the circle, journeying to the heart of our potential learning together, and returning to reflect upon the threads we had woven together from that potential.  To begin, I sang one of my father's songs, "Dear hearts and gentle people", Teresa spoke of the moment when she said STOP to the flow of political negativity into her space, and Bonnie witnessed the contrasting realities, from simple to complex.

We examined how bodies are affected by the negativity, and the "higher collective potential" we hold together to project a different reality forward.  Being three of five women who had written a letter to five women we knew in the Middle East, we reflected on the heart we brought to that connection.

Bonnie brought a statement by Elizabeth Diebold to our attention imaging "placing our hearts in the hands of another woman, and daring to lead"... into the "higher collective potential".  We realized that in every moment there is the potential to presence with whatever is happening as though we are holding another woman's heart in our hands and placing ours in hers... that in this "being with", there is simplicity and ease in the midst of complexity and body issues.

We also realized that in this particular conversation, we were experiencing the journey of the Conversation Campaign... into the heart of the matter.
