Nadeau is Medical Director of the Diabetes and Endocrinology Associates of York Hospital, York Maine and he is former Assistant Professor of Medicine at Tufts Medical School in Boston. Dr. Nadeau received his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine and earned a master's degree in nutrition from Tufts University School of Nutrition and he is the recipient the National Research Service Award. He co-authored the book on nutrition entitled The Color Code: A Revolutionary Eating Plan for Optimum Health which hails the health benefits of eating brightly colored fruits and vegetables.
