In addition to being a personal trainer, Rob is also an experienced professional actor and member of Actor’s Equity Association. As a performer he studied and utilized a myriad of training techniques from athletic based strength and power conditioning, stage combat and fight choreography, to the holistic movement methods of Yoga, Feldenkrais, and the Alexander Technique.
