The Jazzy Vegetarian shares tips for easily transitioning into adding more vegetables into your diet. We’ll explore the term “Flexitarian,” and the choice that many people are making to become a part time, or semi-vegetarian. Then I welcome special guest Lee Martin to discuss her “Green Cats Campaign” and her new book, “Confessions of a Wanna be Vegetarian.” We’ll also hear from Eric Fiedler of MiND TV, for a lively discussion about this month’s “April Environmental Programming.” Media Independence (MiND TV) is a non-profit, non-commercial, independent public television station based in Philadelphia. Special guest, Lee Ann Martin, who is an animal activist and presently writing a book entitled “Confessions of a Wanna be Vegetarian.” Lee is a partner and development executive at the LA based film production company Speedwell Productions and also works as a creative script consultant. Ms Martin was associate producer for the TNT film “Avenging Angel”, and co-founder of First Corps Productions with partner Tom Berenger. Throughout the 90’s, Lee owned the acclaimed Lee Martin Studio of Dance & Fitness in New York City. She has been both an actress and choreographer in off-Broadway plays, music videos and films.
