Wellness Team.  Welcome to our world.  We go in to the inner cities of the world to bring holistic health care alternatives to those who would not normally know they exist.  Our journey began in October, 2012 with our very first wellness expo.  Since then the HEAL-A-BRATION has become synonymous with great fun in a healing atmosphere.  We are four states strong and growing.  Join us each and every Wednesday as we discuss upcoming events and tips, tools, and strategies on getting and staying healthy!
