The Holiday's are among us again, this means family, fun and food.  Now, food can be frightening for some people this time of year, but it doesn't have to be. Every year we listen to countless numbers of people talk about gaining weight over the winter months, as well as not feeling as healthy as the months prior. Always remember family, you are that way when you choose to be that way. Eating healthier, staying fit and feeling good in your body is a way of life, so just because the holiday season is among us don't change that good thing that you're doing. It's a mindset, renew your mind towards food and food will help renew you. Today we will talk about some nutritional ways of preparing some very traditional dishes and hopefully will create a winning combination for your holiday menu.
