Day 2 of our 30 day challenge to positive thinking. Say as a mantra at least thirty times per day and as many times as needed "Something Good Is Going To happen To Me".

 

The goal is to produce a renewed way of thinking that removes and replaces negative thoughts with positive affirmations that create good expectations.
