Enjoyed the third show. Nice and laid back hosts. Good content for the new fantasy baseball player. Key segments that I liked included Mr. Wrong/Mr. Right – I liked how they cared about their “guys”, Nicknames, The Molls review of baseball information sources, and the Hot Corner. Good tip on using the DL to your advantage as well. Keep up the good work – have a new tip for the new player each show. Would like to hear more news/POV opinions on the Phillies and Red Sox. Looking forward to the show on roster management. Be more confident in your skills and knowledge base – express yourselves.

thanks! I'm going to listen to your show tonight (even if it's about the Yankees - I figure sisterhood in being female fans trumps team rivalries, right?). Maureen

Thanks for the request! Your show looks really interesting, good luck!

The Gun Molls

Presented by Fantasy Baseball Mafia, The Gun Molls talk fantasy baseball from the distaff side, giving women players and beginners of both genders a place to discuss their hobby (or obsession - as some might call it).

  • On Demand Episodes

    Original Air Date:

The Gun Molls #16 - To Dump or Not to Dump - That is the Question

Maureen and Laura discuss the all stars on their FBM leagues and any correlation with what place the teams are in. Then with the trading deadline looming, we'll talk about how any trades baseball affect fantasy teams in general and the latest controversial trades in our FBM leagues!

  • Original Air Date:

The Gun Molls #15 - You Don't Have to be a Star Baby...

Ah, Marilyn McCoo said it best. How many all stars do you need to put together a winning fantasy team? Is there really a home run derby curse? Will losing the All Star Game haunt Lidge a la the Pujols homer? Laura and Maureen talk about the All Star Game from both a fantasy baseball and plain old baseball fan view.

  • Original Air Date:

The Gun Molls #14 - More Etiquette Talk

With Laura's return, we keep talking etiquette - trade etiquette, using the veto, some golden rules, and more war stories about bad behavior. We'll also talk about some of our trades done and trades discussed, and a nickname that the NY Times will not put in print....

  • Original Air Date:

Rescheduled yet again #13 - Expectations and Reality

While Laura basks in the sunshine on vacation, Maureen sits in her windowless bunker and examines some of the surprises and disappointments in the first half of the 2008 fantasy baseball season. (Sorry! work has been a bear....)

  • Original Air Date:

The Gun Molls #12 (rescheduled) - Etiquette and Ethics - Where Lies the Line

There are occasions in fantasy baseball where behavior crosses the line from good to ugly. Where do we put that proverbial line in the sand? How much do we tolerate of bad behavior before we move on -- to another league, another team, another sport, even.
