Elisheva Herrera interviews movement advocate, Karin Spruill (pronounced SP-RULE) B.S., P.T., M.B.A., licensed physical therapist and a 1981 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. Karin has been helping people heal from accident and illness for 32 years. She has also been dancing since the age of 2, making her way through the traditional dances of ballet and jazz, and more recently progressing through Multi-cultural dance, like African, Polynesian and Middle Eastern. Karin is also practiced in Yoga and the Martial Arts, and combines her love of movement into a multi-cultural dance and movement class offered currently at the Buena Park Community Center in Buena Park, California. Karin also offers private healing and wellness consults via Skype, on the phone or in your home.
Karin is passionate about helping people heal and keeping them health, through laughter, breathing and soulful, joyful movement.
