Hi Jon.. REALLY great to hear your show and hope that you'll continue to share your knowledge and gift with us!.. One bit of feedback is that I did find the constant interruptions and questioning from the host Kelly very disruptive and broke the flow of the show making it hard to follow. I look forward to tuning in next time - I have purchased your book and CD recently and have started your program - really looking forward to listing to you here live as well and having an opportunity to call in

Absolutely loved hearing jon gabriel, however i felt as though kelly kept interrupting him and he was unable to really help the people who were calling him, she should really let him speak and she should stop trying to cram as many calll as she can into her alloted time. Furthermore, her audio was HORRIBLE, i could barely understand her when she would speak... she sounded as though she was talking through a pillow......i am hoping that future esisodes are better!!

Greetings Jon what a gift it is to be able to hear your responses to the incoming caller questions. I enjoyed it. I felt that the sound levels were quite a bit off between host, intervier,& callers. This does need improvement. Having specific topics could also be good to assist in maintaining a balance between you and the interviewer. Yet the most important thing right now is your on the air. Best Wishes sent your way.

Great show, but a bit of a rockey start. The live broadcast sound was very uneven. Jon was extremely loud, and Kelly so soft it was difficult to hear. I'm listening to the on demand right now, and it's much, much better. I'm looking forward to future shows.

Jon - for the love of god get a different interviewer. Kelly is totally off in her own world and not at all in sync with you.

5 weeks ago, I had to go to the doctor.... they weighed me and I weighed in at 284 lbs... they did blood work.... at 40 years old they dianosed me with heart disease, high borderline diabetic and needless to say, my cholesterol and other stats were in the high risk. That day I picked up your book here in the US.... I saw the doc yesterday.... i weighed in at 257.5!!!!!!
Is there anyone in northern CA that is doing this method?

powerful way to change my life. Thank you so much Jon!

Linda, I have to tell you that my time using the Gabriel Method has really started to change my life. I am eating healthier and really getting a hold of my hunger. The method is not only a weightloss system but a true lifesaver. It is reversing what years of genetics and family stress of binge eating and dieting have caused. Food addiction is nothing when you consider your body's addiction to living. My body wants to live more. I can feel myself changing and just listening to my body is such a p
Hey Jon - is this being taped- can I listen to it at a later time as I have been called into work and I really want to hear it.?

drink alcohol every now and then so we don't feel deprived." Isn't it true, Jon, that some people are food addicts, do gravitate to diets where they can treat themselves but because they are in denial of the addictive food disease or compulsively habituated as eating disordered, can go on benders for indefinite periods of time? And isn't it true that some of these eating disordered people resort to purging, master cleanses, and dangerous overuse and abuse of colonics and enemas? Linda

Addiction is a real insidious, sneaky disease that is progressive in nature and has no cure. Only abstinence and support groups/therapy works. Imagine inside a meeting for cross addicted drug users and alcoholics - the moderator of the evening standing up and sharing, We are going to discuss Step Four - "Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves, and gave ourselves permission to imagine ourselves clean and sober because we want to be that way, and allowed ourselves to dri

Jon believes that anyone using his method can eat whatever they want and never feel deprived, but my thoughts are these: Using that mindset, while telling yourself that you feel safe enough to desire being thin, isn't it risky business to eat whatever you want and whenever you want - IF you are an addict? As they say in 12 step programs, "One is too many and one thousand is not enough." I would think that one doughnut could trigger off a binge eating spree of white flours and sugars
