Record keeping is a major job in any business. Your clerical staff determines whether your company operates efficiently or not. The same is true for non profit corporations.  Many officials who strive to run non profits find their organizations either dissolved due to failure to properly file tax documents or their executive offiicers indicted for misappropriation of funds. The real problem is lack of knowledge of proper record keeping. The same clerical errors are often made in city government, but the consequences are less severe. City workers who misfile records remain anonymonous, but the resulting ineptitude affects citizens.  Longtime political activist Marc Loveless, candidate for Chicago City Clerk, explains how he plans to help major organizations wcorrect clerical errors and bring efficiency to the city's operations. He discusses how his election as City Clerk of Chicago will make a big difference in the lives of the ordinary people.
