Youth violence in urban communities is linked to high unemployment.  However, where do jobs come from? From people who start businesses and receive customers! African American women represent one of the largest consumer markets, and the money they spend creates jobs for many communities outside of the inner city. Minister Rahim, better known as Sax Preacher, is head of the United American Progress Association, a fifty year old organization founded by Webb Evans, with the slogan "Buy Black" .
