When it comes to the criminal justice system, as many community activists have stated, putting people in jail is big business, an extention of the U.S. slave system, largely African American with a sprinkling of Hispanics and poor whites, designed to incarcerate those who cannot afford to pay for good legal help. What happens if you are falsely accused and your Public Defender insists that you plea bargain, even if you are innocent? Some men have endured the injustice of the criminal justice system by becoming legal experts themselves, in order to mount their own defense. They share theire experiences, and give insights on how to prepare your own case, when the criminal justice system fails you.
