Do Men Seeking Wives Still Care About A Woman's Sexual Past?

Decades ago when a man was ready to "settle down" with a woman, he looked for someone who had not had a lot of sexual experiences, perhaps as a way to prevent him from competing with a past lover. But has that attitude changed? Many women have children by someone while in their teens or early twenties and the early relationship doesn't last. So they come into a more mature adulthood already with a "past." Does it really matter to men of today? Is it expected for a woman to have many sexual experiences before meeting the man she eventually marries? Are men insecure or uncomfortable in a relationship when a woman has had many past "boyfriends" some of whom have planted seeds and left her with children?  Do men still prefer women who are childless and not sexually experienced? Or does it matter anymore?
