Men: How Has Your Relationship With Your Mother Shaped You?

It is said "Behind every good man is a good woman" but in fact, before every good man is a good woman - his mother. Mothers shape their son's attitudes toward women by defining what to look for in a wife. There are many good men out there, whose mothers gave them a healthy attitude toward love and marriage by serving as good examples of kind, loving, respectable women. But there are others, women with their own unresolved emotional issues, who raised sons to have low self esteem and hatred for women, sons who engage in womanizing, domestic violence, rape, child molestation and other hostile acts expressing unresolved anger toward their mothers.
