In many families today, the roles of husband and wife have been reversed: The woman is the provider, going out and working a job, while the man sits at home. Is it because of the economy? Or is the man just lazy? Are today's men being trained to be "househusbands" rather than providers? How can a woman motivate her husband to aggressively look for a way to earn a legitimate income? How can we train young men, raised in single parent, female headed households, to know that their role is to be the breadwinner if they haven't seen it in their own homes? What can professionally employed men and business owners do to fill the void of training young men for the workplace?
